  • Butter – I am a firm believer that less processed means better.  Therefore, I buy butter, not margarine or any of that hybrid stuff for the fridge.  Saying that I don’t actually keep butter in the fridge.  I keep it on the counter top, because then it stays soft.
  • Yogurt – plain, not sweetened, not flavored


  • Eggs
  • Chicken – I prefer Skinless, boneless chicken breast and whole fryer chickens
  • Pork Chops
  • Hamburger
  • Bacon – how could you live without it, in moderation obviously


  • mustard – yellow and dijon
  • mayonnaise
  • ketchup
